Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy for Pre-Paid Coaching Packages

At Bobo Dream LLC, we value your commitment to personal growth and transformation. To ensure fairness and maintain the integrity of our coaching sessions, please review our cancellation and rescheduling policy below.

• General Policy

  1. Pre-Paid Packages:

  - 6 coaching sessions for the Explorer program to be used within 3 months.

  - 12 coaching sessions for the New Horizons program to be used within 6 months.

  - 3 Continuing coaching sessions to be used within 2 months.

  2. Validity Periods:

  - Packages are valid only within the specified timeframes from the date of purchase. Sessions not used within the validity period will expire and are non-refundable.

• Cancellation Policy

  1. Cancellation by Client:

  - A minimum of 48 hours notice is required for cancellations.

  - Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled session will result in the session being considered completed.

  2. Cancellation by Coach:

  - If the coach must cancel or reschedule, the session will be rebooked at a mutually agreed-upon time without affecting the package validity.

• Rescheduling Policy

  1. Rescheduling Notice:

  - Sessions can be rescheduled with at least 48 hours notice.

  - Rescheduling requests made less than 48 hours before the session will result in the session being considered completed.

  2. Limit on Rescheduling:

  - A maximum of one reschedule is allowed per session.

• Refunds and Transfers

  1. Refunds:

  - Pre-paid packages are non-refundable.

  - In exceptional cases, such as unforeseen medical or personal emergencies, a partial refund or extension may be considered at the coach's discretion.

  2. Transfers:

  - Packages are non-transferable and cannot be shared with others.

• Missed Sessions

  - Missed sessions without prior notice will be considered completed.

• Policy Acknowledgment

  By purchasing a coaching package, you acknowledge and agree to this cancellation and rescheduling policy.

  Payment Methods

  We accept the following payment methods for pre-paid packages:

  1. Stripe: Secure credit and debit card payments via Stripe.

  2. PayPal: Convenient payment processing through PayPal.

  3. Debit Cards: Direct payment via major debit cards.

  Payments must be completed in full before scheduling your first session. Payment confirmations will be provided via email.

Coaching Session Delivery

• Platform: All coaching sessions will be conducted via Zoom video conferencing.

• Link Delivery: Zoom meeting links will be provided at least 24 hours before each scheduled session. Please ensure you have a stable internet connection and access to Zoom.
