Promises to Yourself
The most transformational pledges I made to myself were when I started my yoga instructor training at the House of Om in Bali. Yoga is a total way of living and honoring life, but first and foremost, honoring yourself. I share with you promises to yourself you can make to radically start honoring yourself and your wellbeing.

To Live with Heart
Living with heart means pursuing your passions and fulfilling a purposeful life. Knowing what your heart desires and going after it so that you can show up as your best self and give back.

Why Yoga?
For me, yoga is a complete system of life. It is a science. It is a spiritual and physical practice. It contains wisdom from ancient generations available to us to live our life in a balanced way and to embark on our heart and soul journeys. Integration of the science of yoga in my work as a scientist, as a health & wellness coach, and in my personal life offers me a guiding path. I am eager to share with you the teachings that have been passed onto me.
