Promises to Yourself

The most transformational pledges I made to myself were when I started my yoga instructor training at the House of Om in Bali. Yoga is a total way of living and honoring life, but first and foremost, honoring yourself. I share with you promises to yourself which you can make to radically start honoring yourself and your wellbeing. As you start your heart healing journey, I invite you to make these promises to yourself.

  1.  To love my body and appreciate my health

  2. To surround myself with the right people

  3. To live in a way that inspires others

  4. To live with an attitude of gratitude

  5. To allow life’s challenges to make me a better person

  6. To let go of judgement and accept others as they are

  7. To learn from every experience that life sends my way

  8. To live a purposeful and meaningful life

  9. To love and respect myself and others

  10. To take full responsibility for my life

  11. To take care of myself and the people I love

  12. To trust my intuition and listen to my inner voice

  13. To expect less from others and more from myself

  14. To live in the present moment, not in the past, nor in the future
