To Live with Heart
What does living with heart mean? If you would have asked me ten years ago, I probably would not have understood its full meaning. Until I realized I had lived with a closed off heart space, not allowing myself to live a life full of authenticity, to speak my own truth, to allow myself to live life to the fullest, and enjoy and allow beauty in my life.
When you only live in your headspace, disconnected from your heart, we are not able to fully feel and live our life with heart. We live in a reactionary way, fulfill external expectations, and operate in a fear based mode.
What if we are able to seek states of flourishing within ourselves and reconnect with our true selves, feel safe in our body, do the inner work, and allow our lives to be lived from our strengths and passions, and our desires? What if we choose passion over guilt, compassion over envy, seek beauty and opportunity in our shadow side, and savor the moment? What if we radically love ourselves and give ourselves the permission to reach our full potential? What if we don’t see ourselves as a victim, but as the architect of our purpose and life? What if circumstances don’t happen to us, but for us? Every interaction, situation, holds an opportunity for us to grow further into the version that is inherently within us.
What if we could let go of our ego and unite with our soul’s purpose and connect with life from this perspective? What if we can speak our truth and feel rooted in ourselves and enjoy the gifts of life we have been bestowed with?
Life is change, life is expansion. These are not just words, but an experiential journey of healing and living with intention. I invite you to start this journey with me and many others.
